Services Offered by Mind's Eye Hypnosis

HYPNOSIS: I work with clients and lead them through hypnosis, as well as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), to help them triumph over challenges like PTSD, anxiety, depression, anger management, and many more.

NEURO-LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING:  Uses include treatment of traumatic experiences, phobias, anxiety disorders as well as improvement of workplace performance or personal happiness.

LIFE COACHING:  As a life coach, I work closely with clients to guide and advise them on life challenges with which they may struggle.  The coaching is done by appointment, as well as online or via phone, as the need arises.

RELAXATION TECHNIQUES:  Clients may also benefit from entering a zone of relaxation, and in such cases, we may use Tibetan Singing Bowls and well as Chakra Balancing

TIBETAN SINGING BOWLS:  The ancient brain entrainment methodology for healing and meditation have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes. They create a range of sounds to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of diseased and out-of-harmony parts of the body, mind, and soul.

CHAKRA BALANCING:  This powerful meditation will easily align your chakras with the simple technique in which you will be guided through each chakra, allowing energy to flow and blocks to be released.

REIKI: Reiki uses a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient to encourage emotional or physical healing.  It is a natural and safe method using a light touch to channel universal energy to a patient's energy body. Reiki promotes relaxation and stress reduction, restores balance, eliminates blockages, supports the immune system, and fosters all-around healing and well-being. Reiki treats the whole person, including body, emotions, mind, and spirit.

DISTANCE REIKI:  Reiki at a distance provides the benefits of Reiki while maintaining a safe distance between practitioner and patient
